Years of experience as a translator, as an interpreter, as well as an instructor and researcher have made contents, forms and instruments available for this wish. This three-part publication is aimed primarily at teachers and students of conference interpreting, but also at all professionals and laypeople interested in interpreting. Last but not least, this reading should also convince some of those responsible for the deployment of interpreters that the fulfillment of their communicative wishes at the international level can only be guaranteed by people who have mastered interpreting professionally.
